On February 24th TowerSwap joined the Caduceus ecosystem! TowerSwap is a decentralised exchange (DEX) with a sleek, easy-to-use UI for trading tokens based on the Caduceus blockchain protocol. The platform also incorporates an NFT marketplace and offers users staking & farming functions to grow their assets. We look forward to exploring this partnership further in the near future.

Community Updates & Activities

Tim Bullman, CEO of Caduceus, and Riccardo Dana, Program Manager, held a live Q&A on the official Twitter Space on February 27th to address questions from community members.

On February 22nd, Caduceus hosted an AMA in the Telegram group. Matt McGuire, the Caduceus CTO, shared his thoughts on the potential of Caduceus as a decentralised edge real-time rendering metaverse protocol with the community. Participants were also able to share a 5,000 $CMP reward.

The ‘Trading Contest’ organised by Caduceus and is currently underway, so make sure you’re not missing out! The event will conclude on March 5th, with the final winners splitting 20,000 $CMP.

- Modification: Solved the problem of incorrect prompt showing if the entered email address contains “.”, “_” special characters when registering an account

- Upgraded to a distributed NewSQL database to prepare for the ultra-high TPS of the V2 testnet: Re-testing the distributed NewSQL database, the write performance reached 1.4~4W TPS, and needs to be further improved

1) Tested the performance of the state database Merkle tree algorithm: It takes roughly 0.25 seconds to update and then commit one hundred thousand shared accounts.

2) Encoded state database features MetaVM(CaduVMs) submodule:

3) Modified the parallel processing flow for a number of transactions.

4) Verified that the execution results of parallel and serial transactions are consistent.
5) Resolved the issue of inconsistent StateRoot results for the same transaction operation in serial.
6) Resolved the issue where the execution result cannot be queried when the transaction execution result is entered.

7) After correcting the StateObject, ensured that the outcomes of parallel and serial execution transactions were consistent.
